This is a simple game in which someone makes a wish and the next person to reply grants that wish but gives it a negative twist. I shall start:

I wish that people would cease breaking the law.

Everyone stopped law breaking. Suddenly, all the law enforcers were out of work, and left to starve on the streets, but their inability to break the law prevented them from stealing food, so they all starved to death.

I wish that there was plenty bread for everyone

Granted but because there is so much bread, much is left to rot and then the rats eat it and increase leading to a new outbreak of the Black Death.

I wish that criminals would not keep breaking out/trying to break out of prison.

Because the criminals no longer want to leave prison, they continue breaking the law to come back once released. This leads to prisons becoming more and more crowded, until eventually whole countries are turned into huge prisons.

I wish that law enforcers would stop chasing me and Cosette around and leave us alone.

Granted, you don't get chased by the enforcers of the Law but you run into trouble with the Thenardier family who recognise you and want Cosette back and you have to deal with them instead of us.

I wish that more attention was given in prisons to allow any faults that exist to be ironed out.
